New year rising...

New year rising…

We started 2017 in Joshua Tree National Park. I, personally, started it – for the most part – sick in Joshua Tree National Park.

I’ve been sicker than a dog for two weeks now. I spent my long-anticipated 2.5-week winter shutdown SICK. Sick sick sick (for the second year in a row, actually – sure hope this isn’t some kind of omen about 2017!). I worked my ass off all fall, right up until the last minute, setting a new record for submissions to the Adobe Design Achievement Awards, running the student experience at Adobe MAX, holding the first-ever Adobe Career Bootcamp, and then I finally got my break – only to be SICK.  Continue reading

Proper Turkey

Team Temple has officially entered a new class of citizen:

That class filled with people who cook Thanksgiving dinner for the family and serve it in their own home!

Happy customers after our first Thanksgiving at 3675!

Happy customers after our first Thanksgiving at 3675!

Yes! We are finally those people! I never thought I’d be one. The Holiday Things

This Christmas Spirit Train keeps a-rollin’…

In addition to trees and lights and stockings and stuff, our house is now decked out with ALL the Christmas things. Including a bright red poinsettia on the dining table.

Our perfect Christmas poinsettia! The things are complete.

It’s so pretty! And red. And Christmassy. 🙂

This is going to be the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny f#@$ing Kaye!

PS — Thanks for completing our collection of all the Christmas things, Dicky and Majella…
